　　(3)橫切機(jī)無級(jí)齒輪嚙合間隙過大或滾鏈老化松弛;

　　(3) The meshing clearance of the stepless gear of the crosscutting machine is too large or the roller chain is aged and loose;

　　(4)表面紙剎車張力過大;

　　(5)烘干機(jī)傳動(dòng)帶卡瓦;

　　Solution:

　　(1)檢查烘干機(jī)主電機(jī)是否缺相，電壓是否穩(wěn)定，軸承是否損壞;

　　(1) Check whether the main motor of the dryer is lack of phase, whether the voltage is stable, and whether the bearing is damaged;

　　(2)將切根機(jī)滾齒之間的紙屑，更換齒輪軸承;

　　(2) Remove the paper scraps between the teeth of the root cutting machine and replace the gear bearing;

　　(3)增加潤(rùn)滑油或更換對(duì)立交橋各導(dǎo)紙輥不敏感的軸承，適當(dāng)控制單面紙的真空吸附風(fēng)量;

　　(3) Increase the lubricating oil or replace the bearing that is not sensitive to the paper guide roller of the overpass, and properly control the vacuum absorption air volume of single side paper;

　　(4)調(diào)整無級(jí)齒輪間隙，更換新鏈條或適當(dāng)調(diào)整鏈條，擰緊設(shè)備;

　　(4) Adjust the clearance of the stepless gear, replace the new chain or adjust the chain properly, and tighten the equipment;

　　(5)經(jīng)常安排干燥機(jī)的傳送帶,并堅(jiān)持干燥機(jī)熱板清潔,生產(chǎn)的輸送帶打滑現(xiàn)象在右邊噴少量的水可以緩解,注意防止紙不是轉(zhuǎn)移到干燥機(jī)空轉(zhuǎn),然后減少傳輸帶和熱板直接摩擦,否則傳動(dòng)皮帶粗糙光滑,容易形成滑移現(xiàn)象;

　　(5) The conveyor belt of the dryer shall be arranged regularly, and the hot plate of the dryer shall be kept clean. The skid of the conveyor belt produced can be relieved by spraying a small amount of water on the right side. Attention shall be paid to prevent the paper from being transferred to the dryer for idling, and then the direct friction between the conveyor belt and the hot plate shall be reduced. Otherwise, the transmission belt shall be rough and smooth, which is prone to slip;

　　(6)降低表面紙制動(dòng)力;

　　(6) Reduce the surface paper braking force;

　　(7)掃強(qiáng)磁場(chǎng)擾動(dòng)。
