一般應(yīng)盡量選用質(zhì)量等級(jí)接近的瓦楞原紙和箱紙板來(lái)生產(chǎn)瓦楞紙板。如高等級(jí)箱紙板應(yīng)盡量選用A級(jí)瓦楞原紙;較等級(jí)箱紙板則可選用C、D級(jí)瓦楞原紙。如果選用高等級(jí)的箱板紙與等級(jí)的瓦楞原紙，制成的瓦楞紙板平壓強(qiáng)度，非常容易塌楞，箱紙板的優(yōu)良性能無(wú)法體現(xiàn)。

如果瓦楞原紙定量過(guò)高，而箱紙板定量不能與其相匹配，則會(huì)使瓦楞紙板表面不平整，產(chǎn)生明顯的瓦楞條紋，影響外觀質(zhì)量和印刷效果;如果瓦楞原紙定量過(guò)，而箱紙板定量過(guò)高，二者貼合后會(huì)使瓦楞的齒形變形，影響瓦楞紙板的厚度、邊壓強(qiáng)度及緩沖性能。箱紙板與瓦楞原紙的定量之比一般維持在2∶1比較好。
