Corrugated board was first used at the end of the 18th century. At the beginning of the 19th century, because of its low price, wide use, simple production and recyclable, its use has been significantly improved. By the beginning of the 20th century, it had achieved some commodity packaging and all the general level, promotion and use. Because the use of corrugated cardboard packaging container has its common function and interest in beautifying and protecting goods, it has made great success in the competition of various packaging materials. It has become one of the most important materials in packaging containers, which has been used for a long time and developed rapidly.

　　一、瓦楞紙板的形式

　　1、 Form of corrugated board

　　瓦楞紙板的形狀不一樣，瓦楞紙板的功能也不一樣。即使使用的紙張與紙張質量相同，由于瓦楞紙板的形式不同，功能也有一定的差異。目前世界上有四種波紋線，分別是a線、c線、b線和e線。其技術指標和央求見表1。A型冷軋瓦楞紙板具有較好的緩沖作用，具有一定的彈性，C型冷軋瓦楞紙板其次比A型冷軋瓦楞紙板好。但剛度和抗沖擊性優(yōu)于A型冷器;B型瓦楞紙板，密度大，表面平整，承載壓力高，適用于印刷;E形透鏡由于其薄而密，其剛度較大。

　　Corrugated board has different shapes and functions. Even if the quality of the paper used is the same as that of the paper, there are some differences in functions due to the different forms of corrugated board. At present, there are four kinds of corrugated lines in the world, namely a line, C line, B line and e line. See Table 1 for its technical indicators and requirements. The A-type cold-rolled corrugated board has better cushioning effect and certain elasticity. The C-type cold-rolled corrugated board is next better than the A-type cold-rolled corrugated board. But the rigidity and impact resistance are better than A-type cooler; B-type corrugated board, with high density, flat surface and high bearing pressure, is suitable for printing; E-shaped lens, because of its thin and dense, has larger rigidity.

　　瓦楞紙板形成的瓦楞紙的形狀分為V型、U型和UV型。

　　V型瓦楞紙波形的特點是:平面壓力值高，使用粘合劑量大，節(jié)省瓦楞紙。而波形波形構成的瓦楞紙板緩沖性能較差，且瓦楞紙板在受到壓力或沖擊后不易恢復。

　　根據(jù)V型和U型瓦楞紙卷的功能特點，UV型瓦楞紙卷得到了廣泛的應用。經(jīng)加工的瓦楞紙板，不僅堅持對V型瓦楞紙板的高壓調節(jié)，而且U型瓦楞紙板的粘接強度高，具有一定的彈性特性。目前，國內外瓦楞紙生產(chǎn)線上的瓦楞輥都采用這種UV波形瓦楞輥。
