不久前在重型紙箱工廠的技術(shù)人員,介紹了有關(guān)重型紙箱定制制作中的結(jié)構(gòu)和生產(chǎn)工藝的幾個(gè)問題，近，一位客戶來咨詢有關(guān)紙板材料的問題。想想看，還沒有詳細(xì)介紹。那么，拿這個(gè)客戶咨詢問題的跟大家說一下定制重型紙箱的時(shí)候，紙板的厚度越厚越好，不是嗎？
A few days ago, a technician in the heavy carton factory introduced several problems about the structure and production process of the custom-made heavy carton. Recently, a customer came to inquire about the cardboard material. Think about it. I haven't explained it in detail. So, take this customer's question to tell you that when customizing heavy-duty cartons, the thicker the cardboard, the better, right?
，該客戶想定制一品用于非常昂貴的器具包裝的重型紙箱，以前工廠在定做時(shí)使用了稍厚的材料，用了更好的圖案，本來很簡單，校準(zhǔn)也很好看，但實(shí)際制作時(shí)卻很不滿意，有說不出的高檔不高的感覺。
First of all, the customer wants to customize a heavy-duty cardboard box for very expensive appliance packaging. In the past, the factory used a slightly thick material and a better pattern when customizing. It was originally very simple, and the calibration was also very good-looking, but it was not satisfied with the actual production, and there was an unspeakable feeling that the high-grade was not high.
我們的技術(shù)人員對樣品和實(shí)際的出產(chǎn)品做了對比，發(fā)現(xiàn)內(nèi)部的材料被貍貓換太子了，之前打樣的那個(gè)200g的芯紙，而是選擇了180g的芯紙，然后再加上外層的有紋路特種紙覆蓋之后，摸起來居然還真有那么一丟丟難以辨別，但是整體上來看，重型紙箱定制效果的厚度，四面的質(zhì)量都弱了一些，看起來就不那么像是重型類的包裝，而是一些普通紙箱而已了。
Our technicians made a comparison between the samples and the actual products, and found that the internal materials were replaced by civet cats. The 200g core paper that was proofed before was 180g core paper, and then covered with the outer special paper with lines. It was hard to distinguish the missing. But on the whole, the thickness of the customized effect of heavy cartons , the quality of the four sides is weaker. It doesn't look like a heavy-duty package, but some ordinary cartons.
以上問題也表明，紙板的質(zhì)量有時(shí)與紙板的厚度不成比例。選擇440g高質(zhì)量的瓦楞紙板制作的5層2A坑紙板也比國產(chǎn)400g生產(chǎn)的7層3A坑質(zhì)量更好。因此，定制的紙箱需要看的還有配紙的材料，并不是越厚越好
The above problems also show that the quality of cardboard is sometimes out of proportion to the thickness of cardboard. The quality of 5-layer 2A pit paperboard made of 440G high-quality corrugated paperboard is better than that of 7-layer 3A pit paperboard made in China. Therefore, the customized cartons need to see the paper materials, not the thicker the better
