在使用紙箱進(jìn)行一些電器、貴重物品的包裝時(shí)，會(huì)在部鋪設(shè)一層紙托盤，紙托盤的存在是為了起到一定的支撐作用，防止電器在運(yùn)輸途中出現(xiàn)不必要的磕碰。據(jù)了解，大多數(shù)的紙托盤采用的原材料是紙漿、紙板等材料，這些材料經(jīng)過的處理、加工制造成了廣受包裝行業(yè)青睞的紙托盤，紙托盤常用于集裝、堆放、搬運(yùn)和運(yùn)輸?shù)姆胖秘浳锖椭破返乃狡脚_(tái)裝置。那么，紙托盤的正確使用方法是怎樣的呢?

1、紙托盤的承載力和產(chǎn)品的放置通?；跇悠?。由于紙箱廠訂單量大，遇到的客戶數(shù)量多，個(gè)別客戶的產(chǎn)品規(guī)格較多。如果改變貨物的尺寸和位置，整個(gè)托盤的受力將不均勻。
1. The carrying capacity of the paper tray and the placement of the product are usually based on the sample. If the size and position of the goods are changed, the force on the whole pallet will be uneven.
2、包裝時(shí)，必須注意托盤部的區(qū)域與托盤的表面積保持一致，以避免托盤因力不均勻、局部力或偏差而損壞和倒塌。

3、用叉車等輔助工具時(shí)，要注意平起平落，防止因受力不均或是局部受力對(duì)托盤和所盛放的物品造成損傷;
