1、確定待包裝產(chǎn)品的尺寸

產(chǎn)品的尺寸直接決定外包裝箱的大小，其準(zhǔn)確度非常重要。用卷尺將產(chǎn)品的長(zhǎng)、寬、高精確地測(cè)量出來(lái)，并記錄到紙上，對(duì)于外形不規(guī)則的物品，一定要選取大點(diǎn)進(jìn)行測(cè)量。如果需要用到輔助包材，要將輔助包材的尺寸也計(jì)算到產(chǎn)品尺寸里面。

要根據(jù)產(chǎn)品的尺寸來(lái)確認(rèn)用來(lái)做紙箱的紙板的大小。需要注意的是，如果紙箱完全按照產(chǎn)品的尺寸來(lái)定長(zhǎng)、寬、高，在由紙板折為紙箱時(shí)，紙板往里收，會(huì)占去一些紙箱的可用空間，會(huì)導(dǎo)致包裝偏緊或無(wú)法包下產(chǎn)品。因此我們需要將產(chǎn)品的長(zhǎng)寬高適當(dāng)放大一些來(lái)保證紙箱的內(nèi)部空間足夠包下產(chǎn)品。

將準(zhǔn)備好的紙板平鋪在地板上，用卷尺量出需要的長(zhǎng)度，并用筆劃出記號(hào)，注意一定要選取兩個(gè)點(diǎn)，因?yàn)閮牲c(diǎn)才成直線。標(biāo)記好兩個(gè)點(diǎn)后，移去卷尺，用直尺或者其它直的工具沿著兩個(gè)點(diǎn)的方向壓住紙板，美工刀沿著直尺往下劃割紙板，注意刀身不要伸出太多，刀刃與紙板間的角度不要太大，用刀刃平順地沿直尺一劃到，力稍大一些，盡量一次性將紙板劃斷。

紙板裁切好后，要做的就是將我們記錄在紙上的尺寸標(biāo)到紙板上來(lái)。根據(jù)記錄的尺寸，用卷尺在紙板上量出相應(yīng)的尺寸，并用筆劃出記號(hào)，效果圖如下：標(biāo)好記號(hào)后，接下來(lái)就要?jiǎng)潐壕€。用直尺將紙板兩邊相對(duì)應(yīng)的兩個(gè)點(diǎn)比齊，使其在同一條直線上，用美工刀沿直尺輕劃紙板，劃的過(guò)程中直尺要壓緊，不要讓其移動(dòng)，以免劃的不直；注意用力要輕，只需用刀尖將紙板表皮劃破，看到痕跡即可，千萬(wàn)不要?jiǎng)澋奶钜悦鈱⒓埌鍎潝唷?/div>

Pay attention to the light force, just use the knife tip to cut the surface of the paperboard and see the trace. Don't scratch too deep to avoid cutting the cardboard.
5、紙箱成型

將紙板沿長(zhǎng)邊按劃好的壓線折起來(lái)，形成一個(gè)長(zhǎng)方體，接合部分放在紙箱里邊，如果有白膠，可以在接合部分涂一些白膠，或者用強(qiáng)力雙面膠也行，將接合部分粘貼起來(lái)，然后再在外側(cè)用透明膠帶封好。將任意一端的開(kāi)口部分折合起來(lái)，同樣用透明膠帶封好。此，普通箱的制作基本完成了。

If there is white glue, you can apply some white glue to the joint part, or use strong double-sided adhesive tape. Paste the joint part, and then seal it with transparent tape on the outside.
