提出要強化運用“以紙代木”包裝已有三年之久，但現(xiàn)在的進展速度較為緩慢，尤其是在蜂窩紙箱的推廣上。其中，主要的原因就是人們對蜂窩紙箱的了解還不夠，乃存在一些誤解和偏見。首當其沖就是終端用戶的認識缺乏，他們普遍認為紙質包裝的功能不及木質包裝，而且關于節(jié)材代木的環(huán)保意識也比較薄弱。采訪中有一些尚未采用蜂窩紙箱的終端用戶就清晰表示，他們不愿意承擔風險來改變現(xiàn)有的包裝形式。

Among them, the main reason is that people's understanding of honeycomb carton is not enough, and even there are some misunderstandings and prejudices. The first is the lack of awareness of end users, who generally believe that the function of paper packaging is not as good as that of wood packaging, and the environmental awareness of wood saving is also relatively weak. In the interview, some end users who have not yet adopted the honeycomb carton made it clear that they are not willing to take the risk to change the existing packaging form.

從蜂窩紙箱本身功能上來看，多位受訪者表示蜂窩紙箱存在一個致命的弱點，即防水、防潮功能較差。蜂窩紙箱存在哪幾現(xiàn)在，即使大部分出口商品包裝采用的蜂窩紙箱經過防水、防潮處理，蜂窩紙箱受潮或遇水嚴重后各項物理功能指標都會隨之下降，方面困惑和挑戰(zhàn)？導致內裝商品受損，從而形成一定的經濟損失。另外，蜂窩紙箱的強度也是一大擔憂，尤其是戳穿強度和邊壓強度還有待提高。因而，現(xiàn)在蜂窩紙箱只能在某一范圍內替代木箱包裝，并不是完全取代。

Now, even if most of the honeycomb cartons used in the packaging of export commodities are treated with waterproof and moisture-proof treatment, all the physical function indexes of honeycomb cartons will decline when they are seriously affected by moisture or water. Are they confused and challenged? It leads to the damage of the internal goods, thus forming a certain economic loss. In addition, the strength of honeycomb carton is also a big concern, especially the puncture strength and edge pressing strength need to be improved. Therefore, the honeycomb carton can only replace the wooden packing in a certain range, not completely.

3、生產成本高

蜂窩紙箱成本偏高也是不容忽視的一大問題。要想確保蜂窩紙箱具有較高的強度，就須采用進口高定量原紙或原紙，這樣勢必會添加原材料成本；如果制作工藝較為落后，蜂窩紙箱生產過程的損耗也會較高，一般，以一般瓦楞紙板損耗10%計算，重型瓦楞紙板將損耗20%，這樣生產制形成本將會相應添加。如此一來，蜂窩紙箱的綜合成本就大大添加。
