1、餐具紙箱廠將紙箱的瓦楞楞型確定為合適的楞型在A型、C型、B型瓦楞中，B型的瓦楞高度是很的，雖然耐垂直壓力性能較差，但平面壓力是很好的。紙箱采用B型瓦楞后，雖然空紙箱的抗壓強(qiáng)度會下降一些，但內(nèi)裝物具有自支撐性，堆放時能承受一部分堆碼重量，因此產(chǎn)品的堆碼效果也不錯。在生產(chǎn)實(shí)際中，可根據(jù)具體情況選用不同的楞型。

如果倉庫庫位允許，紙箱廠盡量不要堆兩個鏟板高。如果要堆兩個鏟板高的話，為了防止成品堆碼時荷重的集中，可在堆垛中間夾上一張瓦楞紙板或是采用平面鏟板。
