對(duì)于包裝紙箱的測(cè)試,大概有邊壓、耐破、平壓、戳穿、粘合剝離、水份、抗壓等基本測(cè)試,延伸測(cè)試有吸水性、挺度、防潮性能、印刷耐磨性、豎壓等一系列測(cè)試。

直接影響瓦楞紙箱的支撐強(qiáng)度– 瓦楞紙箱承受重力主要是靠楞,邊壓即是考核楞強(qiáng)度的佳途徑;影響瓦楞紙板邊壓強(qiáng)度的主要因素:瓦楞紙板的生產(chǎn)工藝、瓦楞紙板的結(jié)構(gòu)、瓦楞紙板的楞形、瓦楞粘合劑的影響。邊壓強(qiáng)度的定義:在瓦楞方向上,一定高度的瓦楞紙板,單位長(zhǎng)度(100mm)所能承受的垂直均勻增大的力,稱為瓦楞紙板的邊壓強(qiáng)度。耐破強(qiáng)度測(cè)試的意義:影響瓦楞紙箱的側(cè)支撐強(qiáng)度– 瓦楞紙箱防護(hù)產(chǎn)品,耐破即是考核紙板單位面積所能承受均勻及增大的大壓力值。

該測(cè)試是考察紙箱在實(shí)際運(yùn)輸環(huán)境中承受靜態(tài)的局部擠壓的能力;耐破強(qiáng)度的定義:瓦楞紙板單位面積所能承受的均勻增大的大壓力值為瓦楞紙板的耐破強(qiáng)度。戳穿強(qiáng)度測(cè)試的意義:考核紙板耐外部突然沖擊所能承受的能量;戳穿強(qiáng)度的定義:一定形狀的角錐穿過瓦楞板所做的功,所顯示的能量稱為瓦楞紙板的戳穿強(qiáng)度。粘合強(qiáng)度測(cè)試的意義:粘合強(qiáng)度不足容易造成分層,大大降紙箱抗壓強(qiáng)度;粘合強(qiáng)度的定義:瓦楞紙板的面、里、芯紙和波形瓦楞紙的楞峰粘合程度,在一定單位長(zhǎng)度內(nèi)經(jīng)分離測(cè)試所能承受的大剝離力。厚度測(cè)試的意義:如果紙板在加工過程中,瓦楞高度損失過大,例如經(jīng)過模切,即壓痕,開槽或者印刷,就會(huì)大大降。紙箱的抗壓強(qiáng)度,因此保持瓦楞紙板的厚度應(yīng)成為生產(chǎn)過程著重把握的一環(huán)。

Significance of thickness test: if the corrugated height loss is too large in the process of paperboard processing, such as die cutting, indentation, slotting or printing, it will be greatly reduced. Therefore, keeping the thickness of corrugated board should be a key link in the production process.
