一、單張單面瓦楞紙板→單張膠印彩色面紙→裱合成雙面瓦楞紙板→模切開槽→黏合釘箱。這種方式可以印刷出精美的圖案,印刷質(zhì)量高,加網(wǎng)線數(shù)可以達到200lpi;制版容易,為PS版常規(guī)制版;可以進行表面整飾,如覆膜、上光等,印刷品質(zhì)穩(wěn)定;但是,它的生產(chǎn)工序較為復雜,生產(chǎn)周期長,裱合時會使瓦楞紙板強度減小,廢品率高,生產(chǎn)場地大,勞動強度高,印刷幅面有限,因而生產(chǎn)成本高,交貨期不靈活。
1、 Single sheet single-sided corrugated board → single sheet offset printing color paper → mounting composite double-sided corrugated board → die cutting slotting → bonding nail box. This method can print exquisite patterns with high printing quality, and the number of screening lines can reach 200 LPI; plate making is easy, and it is a conventional plate making for PS plate; surface finishing, such as film covering, glazing, etc., can be carried out, and the printing quality is stable; however, its production process is more complex, and the production cycle is long. When mounting, the strength of corrugated board will be reduced, the scrap rate is high, the production site is large, and the labor cost is low Due to its high strength and limited printing format, it has high production cost and inflexible delivery time.
二、單張雙面瓦楞紙板→直接柔性版印刷→模切開槽→黏合釘箱。這種方式具有油墨干燥快,印刷速度高,成本較,水性油墨環(huán)保等優(yōu)點,特別適合對瓦楞紙板印刷精美程度要求不是特別高的場合,是目前被采用更多的一種生產(chǎn)方式。但直接柔性版印刷會降瓦楞紙板10%左右的強度。
2、 Single sheet double-sided corrugated board → direct flexographic printing → die cutting slotting → bonding nail box. This method has the advantages of fast ink drying, high printing speed, low cost, water-based ink environmental protection and so on. It is especially suitable for the occasions where the requirement for the printing delicacy of corrugated board is not particularly high. It is a more widely used production method at present. But direct flexographic printing will reduce the strength of corrugated board by about 10%.
三、單張雙面微型瓦楞紙板→直接膠印→模切開槽→黏合釘箱。這種方式可以獲得微型瓦楞紙板的精美印刷效果,生產(chǎn)周期短,尺寸穩(wěn)定性好,強度高,定量,楞角清晰,可以用于代替實心紙板生產(chǎn)紙盒和輕型瓦楞紙箱。
3、 Single sheet double-sided micro corrugated board → direct offset printing → die cutting slotting → bonding nail box. In this way, the fine printing effect of micro corrugated board can be obtained, with short production cycle, good dimensional stability, high strength, low ration and clear edge angle. It can be used to replace solid board to produce paper box and light corrugated box.
四、卷筒面紙預?。ò加』蛉嵊。?rarr;瓦楞紙板生產(chǎn)線上直接生產(chǎn)彩色瓦楞紙板→電腦縱切→電腦橫切→模切開槽→黏合釘箱。這種方式印刷效果精美,瓦楞紙板強度不受影響,生產(chǎn)效率高,成品率高,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量好,一般被紙箱廠用于高質(zhì)量、大批量訂單的生產(chǎn),但這種方式不適合于多品種、小批量訂單的生產(chǎn)。
4、 Web pre printing (gravure printing or flexo printing) → direct production of color corrugated board on corrugated board production line → computer longitudinal cutting → computer transverse cutting → die cutting and slotting → bonding nail box. This way of printing effect is exquisite, the strength of corrugated board is not affected, the production efficiency is high, the finished product rate is high, and the product quality is good. Generally, it is used for the production of high quality and large batch orders by the carton factory, but this way is not suitable for the production of multi variety and small batch orders.
五、單張瓦楞紙板→噴墨印刷直接生產(chǎn)彩色瓦楞紙板→電腦縱切→電腦橫切→模切開槽→黏合釘箱。這是才剛應用的一種全電腦控制的生產(chǎn)模式,設(shè)計圖稿無須分色、制版、多色套印等復雜工序,可以立即實現(xiàn)所設(shè)計圖稿在瓦楞紙板上的多色印刷,大大縮短了紙箱廠的生產(chǎn)周期,特別適合于多品種的生產(chǎn)。但是,目前由于這種大幅面的噴墨印刷機還需進口,一次投資較大,噴墨用油墨較貴,因此目前應用此方式的紙箱廠數(shù)量并不多。
5、 Single sheet corrugated board → inkjet printing direct production of color corrugated board → computer longitudinal cutting → computer transverse cutting → die cutting slotting → bonding nail box. This is an advanced production mode with full computer control, which has just been applied. The design drawings need no complicated processes such as color separation, plate making and multi-color overprint. It can realize the multi-color printing of the designed drawings on the corrugated board immediately, greatly shortening the production cycle of the carton factory, especially suitable for the production of various varieties. However, at present, due to the large format inkjet printing press still needs to be imported, a large investment, inkjet ink is more expensive, so there are not many carton factories using this method.
